That is how I am describing the training video of Anna Li’s bars. In it she does these skills and combinations:

  • Tkachev+Gienger
  • Shaposhnikova+Pak Salto
  • Tkachev 1/2+Ezhova
  • Shaposhnikova 1/2
  • Jaeger 1/2

She still needs a pirouette and a stalder type element. She used to have a stalder full, so that might make sense. I’m imagining a potential routine that goes something like this:

  • Stalder full+Shaposhnikova 1/2
  • Tkachev+Gienger
  • Tkachev 1/2+Ezhova
  • Shaposhnikova+Bail to Handstand+Stalder Shoot
  • Double Layout (maybe with full twist?)

That gets her to 6.7 or 6.8. Compositionally, the jaeger 1/2 and the pak salto don’t make much sense to me at the moment. I added in the bail to handstand+stalder shoot combination, which she used to do in college to get her back up to the high bar, but she could just drop everything after the shaposhnikova . Another idea is working out of a pak salto or ezhova into the stalder full or shaposhnikova 1/2. I guess there are too many options to really speculate now, but it’s exciting to see her commit to this.

She was also shown training a double tuck beam dismount and a triple twist, double layout and randi on floor.

I still cannot figure out how to embed from gymnastike, so you can watch the video here.
