    If Sui Lu or Yao Jinnan were to pull out of beam finals, would Huang Qiushuang compete or would Vasiliki Millousi be put in?

      Huang Qiushuang would compete. Of course, unless Sui or Yao get hurt between now and then, that’s not happening :). I’m saying that because if, for example, Anna Dementyeva was in the same position, Russia would probably pull Inshina and let her compete. It’s actually completely legal to do that nowadays.
